The B Division Supplementary Cup was a distinct Scottish supplementary competition for clubs in the contemporary second tier. It ran from 1945–46 to 1951–52 and is not a historical predecessor of the Scottish Challenge Cup introduced in 1990. The 1949–50 final was not played, and no competition was held in 1950–51.
